Currently teaching a graduate course on Business Model & Policy Innovation at OCAD U. Prior to that Nabil was CIO and VP Corporate Development of HelpCaster Technologies, a Toronto based company offering solutions for web customer interaction management in a Software as a Service (SaaS) model and served as the CIO of MedcomSoft and Nightingale Informatix, two publicly traded companies offering clinical management and electronic medical record solutions delivered in traditional and SaaS models. He has consulted for governments and international organizations including WHO, UNESCO, the World Bank, and the International Development Research Centre (IDRC).
